This is Nathaniel!
Hi there! My name is Nathaniel, and I am the founder of The Expert Home Buyers. That cute little fellow is me just a few short years ago. I hate to say it, but my sense of style has waned in the years since. I have since become enthralled in the Real Estate life. I love to help people out who are interested in selling an unwanted property and moving on with their lives. I have been in a lot of different customer service roles, but this is by far my favorite.
I am husband to the most amazing, intelligent, caring and driven woman I have ever met. She has agreed not only to take this journey on life with me, but the journey with The Expert Home Buyers. I am of course talking about Brittany. We are pet parents to Cody, our Husky Retriever, and Lucy, our Jenday Conure. We are hoping to be adding a mini-us to the mix very soon.
Outside of helping people out of their unwanted homes, I am a pretty big health nut. I really enjoy being outside and exercising with Cody, and cooking healthy, delicious meals for Brittany and Me (she always helps me clean the dishes).
You ARE what you EAT!
I can’t lie to you, I LOVE burgers. I am not saying that I make the best burgers in the world, but they are usually pretty darn good.
Burgers unfortunately, are the rare treat that we get to have due to the fact that they are not among the healthiest options that I have in my repertoire. I am known to cook a lot of fish, I love love love swordfish. Ground turkey and chicken are very main staples in our diet. Brittany likes to say, our bodies are our temples, so we have to make sure that they are cleaned and treated as sacred.
I love to cook, it allows me to unwind after my day and focus on creating something that is both healthy and delicious (well, usually delicious).
The Marine
I served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2007. I did one tour to Iraq as a Tank Mechanic where I was in charge of a section of tanks and the recovery crew that accompanied us. I am proud to say that I served with some of the finest men and women that this country has to offer, and we put ourselves in harms way to do what this country asked of us.
It was in the Marine Corps that I really learned the value of hard work, honor and commitment. It is through these values, that The Expert Home Buyers has been founded. I believe that having honor in one’s life is extremely important, and I take this very seriously.
Work Hard, Play Hard
Like I said earlier, being outdoors is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I do this with my loving wife as much as possible, and almost always my faithful furry friend Cody.
Having him has been such an amazing blessing. He keeps me fit and active, living in the moment and reminds me every day to stop and love. We love to go camping, hiking, and hang out in the lake together.
I can’t forget about the Lucy! Or, Beast as we have grown to call her. She is a teacher of patience and a bringer of migraines. She is basically a toddler with wings….that never grows up. We love her! You may have noticed some cameo appearances from her throughout the website.
