This probably isn’t the typical review. Believe it or not- I foolishly signed a contract with someone else and regret it. During my family’s ordeal…somehow I began a conversation with *Nathaniel*… at the Expert Home Buyers..And.. without sounding corny or whatever I don’t know what I would have done without his advice. Please understand but I’m still at this moment under contract with someone else and it has gone sour. Not only was this young man not nasty about me signing with someone else… He’s gone above and beyond any necessary Call of duty to help someone that he’s not even doing business with.
He has answered my questions, giving me expert advice… Looking at our contract…and he never lied to us not one time and he never tried to take advantage of our situation with someone else and he never looked for language that he could work an angle and get our business on. He was just a human being and that’s all I can say about it. It doesn’t sound like a whole lot but when everybody in this world is out to make a quick buck and nobody seems to care about anyone else…for two solid months this young man has been a saving Grace for my family and I just felt like someone should know about it. To us Nathaniel is a very big deal!😍
The funny part about it is I don’t even know his last name. I just know that his name is Nathaniel and he is a dog owner… And somewhat of a guardian angel.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Talk to The Expert Home Buyers before you speak with anyone else…. And ask about Nathaniel if you do. If he went out of his way to be compassionate to us and we weren’t even doing business with him just imagine what he would do for you if he was.
