We like to keep our rehabs as simple as possible. We don’t rip out cabinets that are in perfectly good shape, or renovate bathrooms that don’t need it. Because we try to minimize the work that needs to be done, we are able to offer a higher price for your home than the typical “HGTV” style house flipper.

We feel that through buying homes, we are able to serve our community on two fronts. We are able to help homeowners out of situations that they don’t want to be in. Some sellers are faced with financial struggles, others are suffering the loss of a loved one. No matter what the situation, we felt the call to provide services to those in need.

On top of that, we are able to take homes that are in desperate need of repair and fix them up. This allows neighborhoods to flourish that may otherwise be neglected.

Of course we need to make money for our business to survive. Through keeping our business alive, we are able to help more homeowners out of their struggles, and more communities to grow strong.

We Do It To Give Back

We feel very fulfilled by helping homeowners sell their homes fast for cash, but this is not the only way that we like to give back. We are very meticulous about donating to our favorite charities and causes that we believe in.

Being a Marine Corps veteran, Nathaniel really enjoys donating to veteran-related charities such as the Wounded Warriors Foundation, or the USO. We like to donate to foundations that help children in need, such as March of Dimes, and because we are such pet lovers, we like to donate to our local animal shelters.

We also like to donate locally to places that need our help, not only monetarily, but with our time volunteering as well.
