       3. Update your house to bring it up to market value

This is a good way to ensure that when someone walks through your house that they will want to purchase it on the spot.  Things that you can do to bring your home current are getting rid of that old carpet that has pet stains on it and putting in new floors.  If you are updating, you will absolutely want to paint all of the walls a nice neutral color.  If you can afford it, you should put in new appliances that will really make your kitchen shine.  This is not the most cost effective way to get your house sold, but if you want it to sell quickly, this is almost a sure fire way to do so.

      4. Put it on social media

Facebook groups are a very popular way to get your home sold.  This is a little bit more of an advanced technique as you will want to be putting it into the right groups and make sure that it is marketed to the proper area and people who are looking to buy homes. You can share it with everyone you know, and ask them to do the same.  In no time your house will be in front of thousands of potential buyers.

      5. Find a cash buyer

This is by far that fastest way to get your home sold. You can find a cash buyer quickly and easily by typing in “We Buy Houses”, “Cash Home Buyer” or “Sell my House Fast” into google.  These are just a few of the many search phrases you can use to find a cash buyer.
